Cancellation Policy / Wildlife Disclaimer

Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice in order to be rescheduled or fully refunded.  A $25 per person Cancellation Fee may be charged for reservations that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Holiday Reservation cancellations must be made with at least 7 days notice to be rescheduled or fully refunded.  Holiday Reservations that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are NON-REFUNDABLE.

(Holiday: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day).

Wholesale, Group, and Private Charter reservation cancellations must be made with at least 7 days notice to be rescheduled or fully refunded.  A $200 Cancellation Fee may be charged for Groups and Private Charter reservations that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

Any and all Charter reservations can be rescheduled or fully refunded if cancelled by Deep Obsession Charters due to weather (or other unforeseen) conditions prior to trip departure.  If after a trip departs, we find that conditions are unsafe to continue on, the boat will return to the dock and you will be issued a credit for the unused portion of your trip.  Credit must be used within 1 year from issue date.

Unused Tanks and Rental Gear may be refunded.

Sharks and other sea life are wild creatures affected by ocean conditions, seasonal changes, feeding trends, and other uncontrollable factors. While our knowledgeable and experienced staff makes all reasonable efforts to find specific ocean dwellers, no guarantees are made for their presence.
